爱伦坡可以说是现代侦探推理小说的鼻祖，我从小学就看了他那本短片恐怖故事集，对我以后的性格形成起了很大的影响，他的文章擅长心理描写，古怪而又惊悚。同时他写的幽默小品也有自己的独特幽默感。值得同情的是他一生悲惨，古怪的性格让他不能过上很好的生活，最后落魄而死，可悲可叹
