http://szs2006.info/vip.html，这个地址是不是骗人的？我充值了会员，邮箱回复了邀请码和注册网址，但是网址死活都打不开，说要买专用的VPN，后面VPN软件就一直没有发给我，我就用了其他的VPN软件，还是打不开他们那个注册网址
